THAI LAWS, CULTURE, AND RELIGIOUS SITES

Conduct considered acceptable in my home country may be restricted or viewed differently in Thailand, and I am responsible for complying with Thai law.

I will behave respectfully at temples, religious sites, cultural attractions, and local communities. Certain locations may require modest clothing, removal of shoes, restricted photography, quiet behavior, or other site-specific practices, and I will follow the instructions of guides, site personnel, and the Company.

Section 9 of the Travel Agreement applies to any denial of entry, removal, or missed activity resulting from failure to follow these requirements.
SONGKRAN (THAI NEW YEAR)

This trip takes place during Songkran, Thailand’s New Year celebration. Participation or travel during the festival may involve large crowds, extensive water exposure, wet or slippery surfaces, heat, traffic congestion, road closures, transportation delays, altered operating hours, and changes to itinerary timing.

I am responsible for protecting my passport, money, phone, camera, electronics, clothing, and other belongings from water, loss, theft, or damage during Songkran and throughout the trip. The Company does not guarantee that belongings will stay dry or undamaged during festival activities.

The Company may modify timing, routes, transportation, meeting points, or activities because of Songkran conditions, as provided in Section 6 of the Travel Agreement.
