Airfare/flights are not included. You will be responsible for booking your international flight, and we will meet up at the destination airport or our accommodations.
Yes, all trips will offer a payment plan option. Details for each trip will be provided. Payment plans can be adjusted to fit your budget.
There will be an option to select “auto-pay” so your payments are made on time; we advise all travelers to choose it. If two (2) payments are missed, Travel With A Tribe will consider your trip canceled, and no refund will be given. If you need the payment plan adjusted, please contact Travel With a Tribe via email at info@travelwithatribe.com ten (10) days before the next payment is due with the request for adjustment, so your trip does not get canceled.
Please understand that all payments made to TRAVEL WITH A TRIBE LLC are nonrefundable. Once a booking is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
Canceled trips due to circumstances outside of the control of Travel With A Tribe LLC, a make-up trip will be guaranteed by Travel With A Tribe LLC within a reasonable period, not to exceed two (2) years, depending on current global and/or domestic travel restrictions.

Deposit and Payment Information
If you cannot make your trip and wish to offer your spot to someone else, please read "How to transfer your trip?"
Please notify Travel With A Tribe via email about your intention to transfer your trip spot to another as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to find a replacement. Once you have found a replacement, please contact Travel With A Tribe via email for approval. Your replacement will pay you back on whatever method you two agree upon. If there is a remaining balance due when transfer is approval, the replacement traveler will be responsible for the balance.
Trip transfer must be made in writing and acknowledged via email to info@travelwithatribe.com by Travel With A Tribe.
TRIP TRANSFER TIME FRAME: + Cancel 90 Days or more before departure: Your trip can be transferred to the person you have identified to take your spot on the trip. Approval for transfer must be obtained in writing from Travel With A Tribe and a signed agreement is to be completed by all parties. If we have already incurred unrecoupable expenses like domestic flights, those will be deducted from your remaining credit. + Cancel 89 Days or Less before departure: No transfer, no refund. + Cancellations Made at or During Trip: No credit, no refund No Shows: No credit, no refund
It is not required but highly and strongly recommended. Make sure to purchase travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel, such as cancellation and/or the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency.
You will be responsible for any/all entry VISA fees and filling out the application. If a visa is required for countries Travel With A Tribe visits, information will be provided for assistance. For further information, please visit the embassy or consulate of the country you plan to visit for requirements and timelines for VISA applications and approval; it will be your responsibility to research the process and obtain a VISA entry before booking a trip.
At this time, we do not provide any assistance for foreign nationals seeking visas for countries that Travel With A Tribe LLC visits.
Travelers should be 21+ and up unless stated otherwise on the trip.
Each trip is customary for small groups; on average, group trips could comprise 6-10 people plus the group tour leader. Additional spots can be added to the trip based on the demands or popularity of the trip.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. You can also pay for the trip in full. Details for each trip's payment plan will be added to each page.

After processing your payment, a terms and agreement contract will be embedded in the booking link for you to read. You will also receive an email with our travel agreement and waiver form. Please review and sign to ensure your spot is secure.
Once your payment has been processed and the travel agreement and waiver form have been signed, you will receive a welcome email confirming your spot. Please check your spam folder and move the email to your primary folder so you don't miss out on any emails regarding your trip.
After officially joining one of the trips, you will receive an invite to attend a Zoom meeting two to three months before the scheduled trip. This meeting will cover all the essential information and how to prepare for the journey. It will also be the best time to answer any group questions.
